To kill a mocking-bird question?

at the end of the book Boo Radley saves the finch children and comes to their house to make sure they're alright. Finally he asks Scout "will you take me home?" Scout thinks to herself: "i would lead him through our house, but i would never lead him home." what does this mean? please help me! thank you!
