The water from my bath taps isnt hot enough, i have a baxi combi boiler which was fitted about 3 years ago?

This could be a number of things. If your combi is at a distance from your bathroom, a tip I can give you is, don't turn the hot tap fully on. Run it a bit slower. This will take longer to run the bath, but the water should be hotter. Hope this helps
