Chicago Bears fans: What is in store next season?

the bears are in trouble. I live in Chicago and follow the bears closely even though i'm not a fan of the team. The bears are a total mess. The Cutler deal hurts long term. i'm a purdue guy and honestly was very high on kyle orton even after last season. i think he was a fantastic QB for that system. Fact is They need to clean house, from lovie to idiot jerry angelo and i dont see it happening. and it's going to continue to be a struggle until they do. jerry angelo flat out does not have an eye for talent, and neither does lovie. WTF was Devin Aromashadu doing on the bench until week 14 or whatever it was?? He is hands down better than vanderbilts finest Earl Bennet and Abaline Christians finest Johnny Knox, or even the DEFENSIVE BACK turned Punt Returner Turned #1 Wide Reciever Devin Hester. It's amazing to me that you have a guy with that kind of size like Devin Arromashadu has and he doesn't get a chance until the season is over. then you obviously have the problems with the o-line. I dont know what to make of that problem seeing as they dont have a 1st or 2nd rounder and williams looks lost on that o-line. That is a huge mess. I would honestly think about trading Urlacher because even though he's the face of the franchise, he's never been a good run stopper and i understand the D was bad this year, but where was it last year? or the year before? They were SOOOO close last year when they were 9-7 with orton. They were a few defensive players away from being an 11 win team, but they go out and throw away their draft picks on a guy that has never had a winning season, pro or college. The bears are pathetic and will be until jerry angelo is gone and the mccaskey family spends money on some free agents that will make the team better.
