Should Tanerau Latimer be developed into Richie McCaw's backup and successor?

Absolutely not. Adam Thompson is the flanker they should be developing. They're the two that are most alike. I agree the system is fantastic, the shadow development works and should be implemented but not Tanerau Latimer. They need another hard tackling, ball winning flanker and Adam Thompson is the man for it.
