Moms of multiples- what were your early hcg numbers?

The difference from 14 to 16 dpo indicates a singleton to me, or at most twins. Just because you have three mature follicles doesn't mean that three mature eggs were released, sometimes the follicles contain nothing, sometimes they contain eggs with deformities that either can't be fertilised or die off soon after fertilisation and before implantation. Wait till your dating ultrasound at around the 6 week mark, only then will they be able to tell you for sure. It's hard to make an accurate judgement about the number of babies in there based solely on your hcg levels because they're very different for every woman and through every pregnancy.
