Getting stationed in Hawaii.?

Im in intelligence specialist 'C' school now for imagery ysis in the navy, and I have orders to Hawaii to work at JICPAC, I'd just like to know what to expect when I get there, like what my hours will be and how often I work a week. When do I get to move off-base and what the housing will be like, both the bachelors housing and off-base. Im a 6yo and will be automatically advanced to E-4, but is that after I have time in rate or after I've checked into my command. And just generally how life in hawaii will be, I'm only 19 so no suggestions that might get me in trouble XD
