Does a doctor listed under hematology/oncology only treat cancer?

I have been advised by my doctor to see a hematologist because there is a chance I may have a hereditary blood clotting problem. i know it is defnitely not cancer related. I found a doctor in my town listed under hematology/oncology and was wondering if this kind of doctor only treats patients with things like lukemia
